We are listed on the London Stock Exchange (EXPN) and are a member of the FTSE 100 Index.Job DescriptionThe Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing and tracking marketing activities and campaigns across physical and digital platforms, including marketing automation platforms, email distribution, social media, and website UX/UI optimization. Responsibilities include creating content, designing materials, and managing collateral for traditional and digital media, adhering to brand guidelines.Activities include developing adverts, banners, brochures, articles, blog posts, website content, emails, presentations, videos, and managing marketing collateral and PPTs for sales teams. The role also involves supporting physical events and sponsorships for internal and external audiences.Key ResponsibilitiesConceptualize and implement marketing campaigns from brief to lead generation.Ensure brand guideline compliance.Perform advanced design tasks and create templates for development teams.Manage publications and social media accounts.Create and validate content for internal and external communication.Conduct basic market and competitor research.Handle administrative tasks related to marketing briefs, records, and stock management.Coordinate organization and collateral for events.Create product sheets and conduct related research.Digital ResponsibilitiesCreate and distribute email campaigns using Eloqua.Manage marketing databases and SharePoint administration.Assist with website content creation.Support social media campaigns and manage digital SEM campaigns.QualificationsAt least 3 years of experience in marketing departments.Proficiency in content creation in Spanish and English.Experience leading and collaborating on marketing campaigns.Skills in design tools (Adobe, Photoshop, Video, Web UX/UI).Experience in PowerPoint and CMS tools (WordPress).Knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce).Experience with marketing automation platforms (Oracle, Eloqua).Additional InformationHybrid work scheme.Lunch tickets, private healthcare, 23 days paid leave.Recognition as a Worlds Best Workplace 2024.Experian supports diversity and employment equity.Data privacy is taken seriously;
