About the Position

Overview: Coordinate clinical studies execution in clinical sites worldwide. Provide support to principal investigators and their teams: on-site training, monitoring of sites and clinical data, managing study-related administration and logistics. Ensure compliance with GCP, ethical, and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
* Develop clinical study design and write protocols.
* Write study monitoring plans and train study teams.
* Ensure statistical and data management plans are followed.
* Prepare documentation for EC/IRB submissions and follow-up.
* Conduct site initiation visits and monitor studies.
* Manage clinical databases and data analysis.
* Prepare final study reports and regulatory submissions.
* Ensure all activities comply with GCP and regulatory standards.
Internal Networking: Mainly with R&D, Regulatory Affairs, and Quality colleagues.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Life or Medical Sciences; higher degrees preferred.
* Minimum 4 years’ experience in clinical studies or diagnostic field.
* Experience with CRF/e-CRF, monitoring, data management, and knowledge of Medical Device regulations.
* Fluency in Spanish or Catalan and advanced English skills.
Skills & Capabilities: Attention to detail, teamwork, communication, organization, analytical skills, ability to work independently, adaptability, troubleshooting.
Travel Requirements: Up to 15% of time.
