Job Responsibilities :Ⅰ. Development of overseas markets:Responsible for foreign trade market development, product sales channels, channel management and marketing.Participate in market research, participate in domestic and foreign exhibitions, grasp the market dynamics, familiar with market trends, industry dynamics, potential demand and put forward insights for market analysis, to provide strategic basis for overseas business development and price positioning.Ⅱ. Customer development and management:Responsible for in-depth management and secondary development of old customers, seeking cooperation opportunities with new products;Responsible for the development of new customers, led the team to explore overseas markets through multiple channels including exhibition platform, social media, customs data and Internet, obtained new customer resources, conducted business negotiations and reached new cooperation;Visit customers regularly or irregularly according to customer level, establish and maintain good relationship with customers, responsible for business negotiations and transactions with customers;Assist in handling customer complaints, follow up the result of handling complaints, and conduct customer satisfaction survey according to relevant regulations.Ⅲ. Team & Target Management:Participate in the establishment and management of the regional sales team, and constantly improve the process and mechanism to promote team efficiency;2. Responsible for formulating sales strategy, plan, target and implementation plan, and organizing and following up the implementation of the plan;3. Lead the team to promote the order development volume of new/old customers, and achieve the goals of payment collection, delivery and order acquisition;4. Finish other work arranged by superior leaders.Job requirements:Bachelor degree, English can be used as a working language, marketing, international trade, business English major is preferred;More than 8 years of overseas sales experience, more than 5 years of sales management experience;Strong market development ability, high market sensitivity, excellent resource integration ability, good communication skills and team building ability, able to work under certain pressure and complete various indicators;Familiar with the medical industry, with overseas sales channel construction experience and brand promotion experience.At least 3-5 familiar regional markets: Southeast Asia, Africa, Middle East, South America, North America, Europe, etc.
