The Role & What You Will Be Doing
Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Business Analyst role will make an impact :
* The Business Analyst is responsible for supporting multiple software platforms and solutions used across regional / global finance teams, including Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable / Record to Report / E-invoicing / SAF-T / Process Automation / Intercompany / Treasury.
* The Business Analyst will develop and document project scope and designs for various finance applications.
* This role encompasses expertise in application navigation, complex system functionality, process mapping, workflows, and data integration.
* Provide technical and design input on finance projects and initiatives.
* Assist in interpreting stakeholders’ business goals into specific deliverables and oversee their technical development.
* Assist in preparing test scripts and testing the final solutions as part of the project team.
* Create and understand documentation such as workflow diagrams, SOPs, and technical specifications.
* Coordinate between IT and Finance teams to ensure project scope is well-defined and documented.
* Create requirement and design documentation collaboratively with technical and business teams.
* Develop project documentation like requirement traceability matrices, SOPs, training documents, and application handouts.
* Facilitate collaboration with multiple workstreams and external partners to deliver solutions.
About Your Skills & Experience
We seek candidates with the following qualifications, skills, and experiences:
* Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or supporting finance functions.
* Experience with finance applications such as SAP, E-invoicing solutions, Accounts Payable/Receivable solutions, Intercompany, or process automation.
* Finance experience in areas like Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, E-invoicing, Treasury, or Intercompany.
* Knowledge of project management methodologies and proficiency with collaboration tools.
* Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
* Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing).
