Your Contribution: Own & Scale the U.S. Market
As U.S. Sales Director, you will play a strategic role in Fleet’s expansion in the United States.
You will work directly with Alex (VP Sales Europe), and the founders, fully owning the U.S. sales perimeter and preparing it for long-term scale.
The U.S. is set to become Fleet’s #1 market. You will be responsible for making that happen.
Your Mission
Lead & Elevate the U.S. Team
Manage a team composed of 1 SDR, 2–3 Account Executives, and 1 Account Manager
Coach junior profiles on mid-market deal execution
Improve pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and CRM rigor
Participate in hiring, onboarding, and structuring the team
You are not a corporate manager — you are a builder who leads from the front.
Mid-Market Deal Mastery (Closing Support)
You will not carry a personal quota, but:
Support negotiations and unblock complex situations
Step in when enterprise-level accounts require senior involvement
Ensure retention and expansion of key U.S. accounts
Closing excellence is mandatory.
Protect & Expand Revenue
Ensure strong retention across key accounts
Work closely with Customer Success and Operations to guarantee smooth onboarding
Strengthen long-term client relationships
The U.S. perimeter is too strategic to operate without senior ownership.
Cross-Functional & External Leadership
Work horizontally with Ops, Finance, and Product
Maintain relationships with financial institutions and key partners
Ensure scalability of processes for future geographic expansion
This is not only a sales leadership role — it’s business leadership.
Prepare Future Expansion
Structure the U.S. market independently from Europe
Replicate and scale Fleet’s European playbook
Be open to relocating to North or Central America
Build the foundation for a 20–30 person organization within 12–36 months
We are hiring for ceiling, not comfort.
Your Profile: Builder, Owner, High Ceiling
We are looking for someone with strong fundamentals and high growth potential.
You’re likely a great fit if:
You have 5–8+ years of B2B sales experience
You have closed mid-market deals (3–6 month cycles)
You’ve managed a small team (4–5 people minimum)
You have hiring and onboarding exposure
You are strong in deal management, negotiation, and expansion
You are structured: clean pipeline, accurate forecasting, CRM discipline
You are comfortable operating from Barcelona (1pm–9pm CET schedule)
You are proficient in English and Spanish
You are open to relocating if the company requires it
