You’ll work closely with your manager, project managers, and developers, turning real customer needs into innovative, high-impact solutions that make a difference.Here's what your day-to-day will look like:
Analyze customer and user needs, gather feedback, and write documentation.Conceptualize, design, and refine product features by writing clear specifications for developers.Partner with engineers to assess feasibility and validate scalability.Analyze logs and usage data to identify bugs and their root causes.Assist internal teams (Sales, Support, PMs) in understanding the product.Maintain and update internal documentation.What’s in it for you?A dedicated mentor:

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or similar.1+ year in Product Management or 3+ years in Product design or Software development.Experience with digital products, especially cloud-based software.Understanding of the full product development lifecycle.Strong English (B2+), plus Italian or Spanish.Bonus points (nice to have):
Experience in Healthtech or Insurtech industries.Familiarity with AI tools or workflows (automation, analysis, productivity).What we offer:
