Network Engineer (Mid/Snr) – FinTech – WAF, AWS, Terraform
Oliver Bernard are currently seeking a Mid-Senior Network Engineer for a FinTech company, based in Madrid, as part of extensive expansion plans for their established and growing platform.
The incoming engineer will be a WAF expert, and drive Networking best practices within a broader Tech team operating in AWS, Terraform, CI/CD and Monitoring driven environments.
The suitable engineer will have the following expertise:
* Strong Networking background, specifically with WAFs
* Extensive knowledge of networking and protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, routing, load balancers etc)
* Prior experience of Network Security (and broader Security & SecOps practices)
* Previous work in Cloud driven environments (with AWS)
* Knowledge of CI/CD and IaC practices (with Terraform)
* Comfortable working across Monitoring & Observability stacks
This opportunity can offer €50-60K for the right profile, and operates a hybrid working model in Madrid.
