Support theSports Marketing Departmentin developing and executing the sports marketing community strategy, focused on ambassadors, brand events and activations
Coordinate and executebrand events and activations in collaboration with internal teams and partners.
Manage the community ambassadors: strategy, recruitment, onboarding, activation, and tracking.
Collaborate with distributorsto coordinate sports marketing initiatives, athlete and ambassadors programs, and event activations within each market.
Work closely with the marketing team tocreate authentic and relevant contentwith the ambassadors and events for social media, PR, and media channels.
Track and reportresults.
Serve as abridge between the field, athletes, and the marketing team, providing insights and feedback from the community.Requirements
2+ years of experience insports marketing, event coordination, or related roles.
Strongproject management and organizational skills.
Excellentinterpersonal and communicationskills; comfortable working with ambassadors, athletes, teams, and partners.
Deep passion and understanding of theoutdoor and trail running world
Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset.
Intermediate to advancedEnglish(other languages are a plus).
