As the Global Advocacy Senior Manager at Galderma, you will strategize and own the influencer and performance digital marketing strategy across Galderma’s global product strategy digital channels, including advocacy, influencer recruitment and management, content production, driving activations to e-commerce, collecting social insights, measuring performance KPIs, and deploying to local markets.

Key Responsibilities
1. Brief and coordinate with the creative agencies and external partners the content production for all digital communications & influencers campaign.
2. Produce engaging content for a variety of digital platforms, such as website, articles, email marketing, blogs, forums, and social media channels, identifying digital trends and insights.
3. Monitor digital content coordination and work closely with the creative agencies and marketing brand team to deliver visually appealing visuals and captivating written content in line with brand guidelines.
4. Assist with the management of global brand campaigns, digital marketing, and social media campaigns, including managing and engaging with the brand community across various digital platforms.
5. Help to develop a brand tone of voice and ensure visual consistency across all digital platforms.
6. Research and develop new ideas using cutting-edge technologies and techniques for maximizing content consideration.
Skills & Qualifications
7. Professional degree in a related field
8. Extensive experience in digital marketing, technology, consumer goods, or agency, working across regions or in global capacity.
9. Strong ability to translate digital channels and market data into commercialization strategies.
10. Exceptional communication and presentation skills: ability to articulate a point of view effectively to senior leaders.
11. Extensive cross-functional experience required, confidence to work effectively across a global matrix enterprise and influence with authority.
12. Creative vision and branding understanding.
13. Comprehensive analytical/strategic thinking skills; demonstrated ability to utilize data in fact-based decision-making (data to insights, to action).
14. Provide solid business rationale, clear sense of structure, accountability, timelines, and urgency.
15. Strong senior team player with effective communication
16. Fluency in English, other European languages are a plus.
