To drive and elevate the proactive sales strategy within a luxury hospitality environment on the Costa del Sol, focusing on high-value business opportunities, premium client acquisition, and brand positioning within international luxury markets. Design and execute a proactive sales strategy aligned with the property's luxury positioning and commercial objectives.· Conduct international sales trips, client visits, and representation at luxury trade shows (e.g., Work with Marketing to deliver high-impact campaigns aligned with luxury brand standards.· Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis. Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all interactions reflect the highest standards of luxury service.
Minimum of 5–7 years' experience in luxury hospitality sales· Proven track record in proactive sales and high-end client acquisition· Fluent English & Spanish (mandatory)· Specialization in luxury hospitality or sales is highly valued·
