Director of Services Jávea / Xàbia – On-site Full-timeRole OverviewAt Jessica Bataille The Lifestyle Company, we are looking for a Director of Services to lead and structure the client service experience across our design, real estate, home management and lifestyle ecosystem.This is a key strategic role. You will act as the bridge between clients, internal teams and external partners, ensuring flawless execution, clear communication and a consistently high-end experience across all services.We are seeking a professional with strong leadership skills, outstanding organizational ability, a sharp eye for detail and a true service mindset, capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining excellence at every level.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coordinate and motivate service and customer-facing teams.Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless, professional and refined experience.Oversee the execution of all services (home management, project follow-up, maintenance, issue resolution, suppliers, etc.).Define, implement and continuously improve internal processes, service protocols and quality standards.Coordinate closely with design, construction, operations and management teams to ensure full alignment.Handle incidents and complex situations with discretion, efficiency and a solution-oriented mindset.Prepare service reports, status updates and improvement proposals for management.Ensure clear, empathetic and high-quality communication with both national and international clients.Profile & RequirementsMinimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role (service management, hospitality premium, property management, luxury real estate or high-end client experience).Proven leadership and team management skills.Highly organized, autonomous and capable of managing multiple priorities.Strong client-oriented mindset with high attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Languages: fluent English required (Spanish highly valued; additional languages a plus).Based in Jávea or surrounding area, or willing to relocate.What We OfferThe opportunity to join a well-established and growing lifestyle and real estate platform.A strategic role with real impact and long-term growth potential.A demanding yet human, creative and excellence-driven working environment.Competitive compensation, aligned with experience and responsibilities.
