Currently, we are looking to hire a Responsible for the Attention Center at our offices in Girona. The role involves ensuring continuity in service to users and the overall proper functioning of the Attention Center by achieving set objectives, both quantitative and qualitative, and supervising the correct application of operational criteria and internal protocols.


Responsibilities:

* Plan and ensure the proper allocation and adequacy of human and technical resources.
* Guarantee that service delivery complies with established procedures and instructions.
* Ensure the achievement of the objectives and indicators proposed for the Attention Center.
* Monitor activity and quality indicators of the Attention Center.
* Supervise the organization and management of the Attention Center team.
* Oversee the activities related to staff follow-up, control, and evaluation.


What We Offer:

* Permanent contract.
* Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.

Ideal Candidate:

Must have previous experience as a supervisor in a call center, with native or bilingual level in Catalan. Experience in team management, indicator analysis, and process improvement is required. The candidate should be proactive, possess leadership skills, and be capable of problem-solving under pressure. Interpersonal skills, teamwork orientation, and a strong commitment to continuous improvement are valued.


Key Skills and Experience:

* University degree.
* Native or bilingual Catalan essential.
* Experience in similar roles, demonstrated team coordination, management of social and health emergency programs, and knowledge of tele-assistance technological tools.
* Proficiency in office tools and typing skills for accurate and efficient data entry during calls.
