Verisure is seeking a talented, innovative, passionate Human Resources Operations Intern to join our growing and successful Group HR Team The role will report to the Group HR Business Partners and will work closely with our Group HR team.

Key responsibilities
This role provides an outstanding platform for a highly talented individual to work on a range of critical HR topics and international projects, working in close collaboration with the International HRBP Team of the company.
The main tasks and projects would include:
1. HR Core Processes : give support to the team making follow up (reports of process status, deadlines, communications…).
2. Data : be responsible to create and update reports (HC, new joiners, internal mobility, leavers, exit interviews…).
3. HR systems (Workday): data quality checks, follow up on completion of assigned tasks, maintaining the org structures…
4. Give support to our Tech employees (ad-hoc requests/issues, doubts about processes…).
5. Communication: drafting communication of organizational changes/HR topics, updating distribution lists…
6. Other activities as required

Experiences and Qualifications

7. Graduate or relevant technical qualifications with a proven successful track record
8. Previous experience working in an HR department is a plus, good understanding of HR matters
9. Experience in an international company, ideally with a start-up-like environment
10. The ability to work accurately, with attention to detail
11. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
12. Experience in Administrative skills
13. Advanced IT skills, e.g. for managing share points, intranets, etc.
14. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications is a plus
15. Open minded, flexible, and dynamic attitude towards work
16. High degree of confidentiality, diplomacy, trust, maturity
Languages required
17. English : fluent
