🔎 We’re looking for a designer who doesn’t just create beautiful visuals — but high‑converting ones. It’s important that you understand marketing, can quickly assemble landing pages, produce test‑ready creatives, and review everything with the eye of a QA tester. This role is one of the key positions in our R&D team — speed, precision, and taste have a direct impact on the test results. 🟢 What you’ll be responsible for:
* Creating and building landing pages on Tilda;
* Producing static and video creatives tailored to specific tests;
* Checking the technical accuracy and correct functioning of all elements;
* Identifying ways to improve loading speed and mobile usability;
* Supporting several ongoing tests simultaneously;
* Maintaining clear communication with the PMM and performance marketing specialist.
🔑 What we expect from you:
* 2+ years of experience as a digital designer;
* Strong skills in Tilda (adaptive design, layout, integrations, performance optimization);
* Deep understanding of mobile-first design and the specific needs of mobile traffic;
* Ability to integrate scripts, validate forms, configure trackers, and ensure a smooth user journey;
* Ability to create static and simple video creatives (manually or using AI tool);
* A strong design sense — you can distinguish high-quality visuals from generic AI output.
* High attention to detail and clean, fast execution;
* Experience working closely with copywriters and performance marketers;
* Ability to use HTML, CSS;
* Regular use of AI tools in your workflow to speed up production;
* JS as a plus.
