Position Overview
Outbound Sales Representative – support a variety of exciting projects for well‑known brands. You will connect with prospective customers, promote and upsell products and services, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will receive industry‑leading training to thrive in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Educate customers on products and services and identify upsell opportunities.
- Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Use internal systems to manage accounts and process orders accurately.
- Research and resolve customer issues, coordinating with other departments as needed.
- Follow scripts, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Maintain accurate records and safeguard customer information.
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors or appropriate teams.
- Stay current with training, updates, and system changes.
- Meet attendance, punctuality, and performance expectations.
Candidate Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to type 20+ words per minute.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Strong problem‑solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Customer‑focused, empathetic, and solution‑oriented.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Conditions of Employment
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is based.
- Must be willing to submit up to a Level II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint. Job offers are contingent on the investigation results.

Compensation and Benefits
Starting compensation is based on experience. Physical Requirements
The role is largely sedentary, requiring sitting or standing for extended periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee may need to stand, reach, lift, or move objects up to forty (40) pounds as occasionally required.
