Job Description: Aeronautical/Sciences Degree or Relevant Experience
We are seeking a candidate with an Aeronautical Engineering Degree, Sciences Degree (e.g., Chemical Engineering), or relevant work experience in the Technical Office area of an airline.
Requirements
* Valuable experience in one or more areas of expertise related to airline operations will be an asset.
* Experience with airline technical office and operations.
* Experience as a flight dispatcher, duty officer, or manager in an operations control center.
* Background in ground operations at airports or airlines.
* Coordination experience with the Spanish AESA.
* Management skills for overseeing the Technical Office.
* Experience managing AOC applications, including operational approvals for the Albastar fleet.
* Responsibility for standardizing the Operations Manual and managing its revisions, including:
* Maintaining updated registration of external and internal documents related to the Technical Office.
* Reviewing and updating sections of the Operations Manual as assigned.
* Creating new content to comply with new regulations or address non-conformities from audits.
* Providing advice to the Operations Area on regulation compliance and policy application (e.g., EASA, ICAO, Operations Manual).
* Coordinating with CAA's audits of the Flight Operations Area.
* Coordinating internal and external audits and inspections of the Flight Operations Area.
* Managing quality systems, standards, and requirements applicable to Flight Operations (e.g., SMS, European Basic Regulations, IR).
* Supporting FRM indicators and Flight Operations Nominated Person activities.
* Providing support to the EFB administrator.
* Controlling and auditing data related to EU ETS and Corsia programs.
