Key Responsibilities and Tasks
- We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to develop a national and international sales strategy with a focus on the integral market.
- The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of international distributors, monitor sales evolution by geographical area and market segment, and work closely with marketing and product development to define action plans & communication.
- This role involves representing the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer visits. Additionally, you will prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and regular performance reports.
- Full ownership of sales performance is expected in this direct report position to the general manager.
