As an international company, we are looking for a Global Business Development Director to coordinate and expand the company business development activities. Identify new business opportunities in the Global market, establish strategic partnerships, and increase the company’s market share.
Market Strategy: Analyze the dynamics of the global market and develop strategies to strengthen the company’s position and competitive advantage.
Project Planning and Coordination: Plan successful projects using critical thinking skills and ensure their successful execution.
Market Research: Monitor regulations, innovative practices, and developments in the Global solar and BESS energy sector;
Customer Relationship Management: Engage with potential customers to create new opportunities, generate requests for quotations (RFQs), and develop proposals.
Coordinate the proposal preparation process, determine appropriate pricing levels, and manage commercial negotiations to ensure profitable project completion.
Project Monitoring: Coordinate the handover of projects awarded to operational teams and manage the commercial aspects of ongoing projects in collaboration with the project manager.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5+ years of experience in the Global solar energy sector, with a total of 10+ years of business development experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent negotiation abilities in both English and Spanish.
Proven experience in executing successful business development strategies.
No travel restrictions: candidates who are flexible with working hours are preferred.
UK, German, Italian or Spanish.
