Social Media and Community Engagement Manager | Ortigas
Brand Management (Marketing & Communications)
* Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our brand visibility and influence across all social platforms.
* Create engaging, creative, and innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages.
* Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews from customers and fans.
* Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness.
* Coordinate with Marketing, PR, and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency.
* Liaise with Development and Sales departments to stay updated on new products and features.
* Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.
Job Qualifications:
* 2-4 years proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
* Expertise in multiple social media platforms.
* Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
* Analytical and multitasking skills
* Has worked in a BPO set-up.
* Preferably has previously worked as a manager/senior role
* Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channel
* Ability to grasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively.
