The Customer Service & Contract Management Department is a part of our Service Business Unit in Spain and is responsible for administering the service contracts in place, as well as servicing all aftermarket customers with services and spare parts for the wind turbines and windfarms.
**Responsibilities**
The selected person will be responsible for managing some of our customers and contracts in place, and maintain positive customer relationships, with these main functions:
- Customer loyalty increase will be your key role within the team. Therefore, it is expected that you develop and maintain relationships with existing customers; leveraging the relationship to ensure revenue growth for the company.
- One of your main responsibilities will be to supervise the contracts signed with your Customers. Being accountable for each project profitability, ensuring that the growth strategy defined for each of your Customers is fulfilled and being responsible to coordinate internally and externally any issue coming from your Customers.
- Create and identify new business opportunities for the Service Organization.
- Analyze the Customers Loyalty Results and suggest service improvements.
- Provide Market Intelligence on the Customer Activity.
- Elaborate and provide the customer with the requested quotations for different services and supplies.
- Coordinate the answers to contractual/advanced technical questions from Customers involving when necessary other departments (Operations, Technology, Legal, etc.) on the portfolio of wind farms under responsibility.
- Report the profitability and Order Intake of the service contracts, ensuring the Service provided remains within the Sales assumption.
- Tenders' support until the signing of the Service Contracts within the frame of the mandate given.
- Control of the budget and the P&L;, responsible for LD's (incentives; variable price) negotiation.
- Control of overdues.
- Prepare strategic account reports, records, and track information from customers for internal analysis to prepare negotiation plans.
**Qualifications**
- Master/bachelor's Degree in engineering.
- Have at least 3 years of experience in commercial/sales management skills and, specifically, a high level of Wind Energy market knowledge.
- Good understanding of business processes management and improvements.
**Competencies**
- Desirable knowledge of ERPs (SAP, Salesforce).
- Skilled IT user, including Microsoft Office and advanced user of Excel.
- Fluent in Spanish Pand English both written and spoken (Portuguese desiderable).
- Negotiation skills are also required for the position
- Good interpersonal cooperation skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Should have a collaborative attitude and should be a person with initiative.

The position will be hybrid: 3 days at the office and 2 days from home
