Solution IT Expert will work within the Product Sustainability & Compliance team of the Technical Operations, Quality Assurance product line.
This position involves tasks related to SAP Product and REACH Compliance, SAP Product Safety (formerly SAP EHSM), and SAP S/4HANA for Product Compliance Software Solutions.
Requirements 'must have'
* Strong application knowledge in SAP Product and REACH Compliance, SAP Product Safety (formerly SAP EHSM), and/or SAP S/4HANA for Product Compliance Software Solutions.
* More than 2 years of professional IT experience in the relevant SAP modules.
* Participation in at least one SAP full-cycle implementation project.
* Experience in EHSM (Product Safety, Product Compliance) processes and regulatory context.
* Good understanding of SAP material master data.
* Ability to contribute to meetings and discussions with stakeholders.
* BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
* Advanced English skills (reading, writing, listening, speaking).
* Based in Europe or Canada.

* Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
* Team player with collaborative attitude and willingness to share knowledge.
Additional Requirements
* Flexibility to travel approximately 10-15%, including outside the home country.
* Working hours aligned with European office hours, with possible shifts to accommodate colleagues in California.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
* Support solution design updates and impact analysis, including documentation.
* Act as a junior IT consultant for stakeholders, assisting with process flows, requirements, and gap analysis.
* Understand business processes and coordinate with technical teams.
* Support alignment with technology roadmaps and process optimization.
* Assist requirements gathering and translate user requirements into technical specifications.
* Collaborate with external consultants and developers in various project management frameworks.
* Develop technical knowledge and support project implementation and maintenance activities.
* Assist in defining testing procedures for System and User Acceptance Testing.
