Job Title: Operations Analyst
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Operations Analyst to join our high-growth company, a leader in its sector. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with both Product Management and Operations teams.
This position has three main objectives:
* To report externally to the headquarters all information related to Product, Operations, and Carbon Footprint Impact.
* To report internally to the Product Managers and Commercial Directors of each business line the key KPIs related to product sales and purchases.
* To assume the role of controller for the Manufacturing business line.
Key Responsibilities:
* Reporting directly to the Controlling & Analysis Manager and indirectly to Product and Operations Management.
* Providing product, operations, and carbon footprint KPIs to international headquarters.
* Participating in biweekly meetings with the Product Manager and Procurement Manager from the international headquarters.
* Collaborating with Operations Directors in Spain and international HQ.
* Acting as the Controller for the Manufacturing business line.
* Enhancing current dashboards and developing new ones in Power BI.
* Supporting integration of acquired companies by aligning product families and implementing categories.
* Preparing materials and participating in quarterly Market Forum meetings with Product Managers and Commercial Directors.
* Contributing to the annual budget, focusing on Manufacturing and Capex related to Operations.
* Producing financial reports compliant with company standards.
* Suggesting improvements in data structure for suppliers, transport, and products; supporting initiatives to optimize logistics and product assortments.
* Assisting with cost allocation and inventory valuation in Manufacturing.
Requirements:
* Degree in Business, Economics, Management, or related field, plus specialization or postgrad in Data Analytics.
* 2+ years of experience in multinational settings analyzing data via Excel and Power BI, creating KPI dashboards, and presenting insights.
* Advanced English for presenting strategies and participating in meetings with international headquarters.
* Strong Excel skills with analytical ability to resolve system discrepancies and collaborate with IT.
* Proactive mindset for process improvement, quality reporting, quick learning, and meeting deadlines with increasing autonomy.
* Experience with various information systems and ability to adapt quickly.
