Position Summary :
The position will be a Staging and Support SW Engineer for Hospitality Installations.
The Staging process includes the complete installation of customer stores (hardware and software) in the Staging facilities prior to on-site installation, including documentation checklists and QA tests.
Support responsibilities include answering phone calls from field technicians, partners, or customers, and providing the necessary support to successfully complete installations. The SW Engineer must be capable of completing all configurations and installations remotely to resolve any issues.
The role also involves warranty management for all hardware (RMA) and the control and management of warehouse stock.
* High School diploma (Technical)
* Advanced knowledge of IT
* Desirable knowledge of Aloha software or similar applications
* Complete NCR hardware warranty management
* Good management of customer applications
* Knowledge of Hospitality NCR hardware POS, Tablet, and Printers
* Able to provide remote support to engineers on-site
* Excellent communication skills with customers, partners, and internal teams
* Ability to manage emergencies and solve problems remotely
