Teamtailor is an Employer Branding and ATS SaaS platform used by over 10,000 companies and 200,000 users across 90 countries.

As a Partnerships Manager at Teamtailor, you will play a key role in expanding our market presence by acquiring, activating, and growing revenue through a portfolio of partners.

We are seeking a full-time Senior Partnerships Manager for Spain, who will be on leave for 4 months. This role initially involves supporting the current Spanish partner portfolio as a temporary cover, then shifting to building a new partner portfolio in Spain and Italy from scratch.

Spain is a growing market with proven success from existing partnerships, offering significant growth opportunities. Italy is a newer region where dedicated partnership support can accelerate success.

We need an experienced, sales-oriented professional eager to build new partnerships. The initial 4 months focus on supporting Spain’s existing partners, followed by 6-12 months of acquiring and activating new partners. The ongoing goal is to maintain active partnerships.

You will join our global Partnerships Team, working closely with our Head of Partnerships, Gabrielle, and regional teams in Spain and Italy.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Partner Acquisition & Core Focus: Build a strong, revenue-generating partner portfolio, focusing on generating SQLs and new business revenue. Achieve your quota 8 out of 12 months and maintain a healthy pipeline.
* Relationship Management: Develop long-term strategic relationships with partners.
* Revenue Growth & Project Leadership: Collaborate with partners to drive new opportunities, delivering pipeline volume aligned with your regional targets.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Marketing, Integrations, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
* Market Expertise & Strategic Contribution: Stay informed on industry trends and Teamtailor's offerings to identify collaboration opportunities.

Partner Marketing: Oversee and execute partner marketing activities in your region with the marketing team.

Communication: Clearly articulate ideas and proposals, represent Teamtailor at events, and engage actively with partners and customers.

We see that you have:

* At least 3 years of experience in complex sales or partnership management.
* A successful track record with partners or complex sales cycles.
* Experience in HR tech is a plus.
* Strong relationship-building skills.
* Excellent communication skills and a passionate approach.
* Comfort representing the company at events.
* Ability to set expectations and prioritize effectively.
* Experience working cross-functionally.
* A curious, tech-savvy, confident, and negotiation-oriented personality with a customer-focused mindset.
