The role:
The HR Manager defines HR processes and leads the HR team. He/she responds to all day-to-day HR issues, drawing on the technical expertise of dedicated departments.
He/she supports management in its HR role throughout the management cycle. He/she works to align HR and business objectives by supporting PayXpert in its change management and transformations. He/she places people at the heart of the organisation. He/she detects and anticipates HR needs in order to respond concretely to roadmap objectives. He/she ensures the well-being of employees in all HR areas.
He/she works alongside the decision-making management team.

He/she supports management in their HR role throughout the managerial cycle. He/she works towards aligning HR and business objectives, assisting Senior leadership team in its change management and transformations. He/she places people at the heart of the organization. He/she identifies and anticipates HR needs to effectively meet the goals outlined in the roadmap. He/she ensures the well-being of employees across all HR aspects. He/she collaborates with decision-making management within the "Management Committee" and, in a "business partner" spirit, serves the entity's objectives.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Defining HR policy and strategy
* Break down the strategy into its various components: social dialogue, HR development, personnel administration, and innovation projects.
* Maintain a constant interface with senior management and employee representation.
* Gather their expectations and needs regarding HR issues.
* Define and monitor objectives, KPIs, and resources to optimize operational performance and ensure reporting to senior management.
Managing social dialogue
* - Advise senior management, managers, and HR teams on the quality of workplace relationships and working conditions (health, safety, well-being).
* Manage social relations: represent senior management before Spanish employee representation bodies.
* Represent management, particularly before administrative authorities (labor inspection and occupational health) and judicial bodies (labor courts) in Spain.
* Ensure compliance with labor laws and legal provisions (labor code, collective agreements, branch agreements, regulations).
* Monitor risks of legal non-compliance (equality law, exercise of the right to alert, etc.).
* Ensure that everyone understands their role and can contribute to the entity's performance within a discussed and clarified framework that is motivating and fair.
* Embody the company's values and culture.
Managing HR development and personnel administration
* Organize personnel administration (salaries, contributions, contracts, working hours, absences).
* Define and oversee processes: recruitment, mobility, onboarding, and offboarding (support for integration and contract termination), training.
* Structure job management and career paths and facilitate reviews: career tracking, key skills, people review, talents, succession planning.
* Lead the recruitment plan and propose/initiate necessary training to support business growth.
* Participate in developing the employer brand and optimizing HR communication.
* Ensure budget compliance during salary revisions, guaranteeing equitable treatment and recognition of performance.
Managing HR teams
* Manage the team: recruitment, support for skill development.
* Personally handle strategic or sensitive cases: company agreements, action plans, difficult situations, and disputes (disciplinary, pre-litigation, incapacity).
* Mediate or propose solutions in choosing partnerships and service providers (recruitment consulting, communication, software vendors).

Requirements:
With a higher education background in Human Resources, the HR Manager has over seven years of professional HR experience to qualify for this position.
A taste for challenges, a results-oriented mindset, a "solution-focused" approach, and flexibility are essential qualities for this role:
* Has experience (>3 years) as a manager of an HR team.
* Possesses solid knowledge of labor law: ensures processes are implemented in accordance with applicable law and manages legal disputes (with external advisors in certain cases).
* Facilitates social relations.
* Mastery of interview techniques and meeting facilitation.
* Speaks Spanish and English.
* Project management: can contribute to multiple projects simultaneously, with varying complexity.
* Manages risk.
* Handles information confidentially.
* Is adaptable in a complex/matrix environment.
* Demonstrates negotiation skills, assertiveness, and emotional intelligence.
* Exhibits strong interpersonal skills in daily internal and external interactions.
* Ideally, has knowledge of the relevant sectors (IT, Finance, Operations/Compliance, etc.).
