Job Title: Influencer Partnerships Manager

Now, they’re doubling down on creator-led distribution, turning viral content into measurable, scalable app installs.
They’re seeking an Influencer Partnerships Manager to own and scale creator collaborations across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, transforming content into real user growth.
At this stage, the right creator partnerships can unlock thousands of installs in days. This is a builder role for someone who understands how influence converts into performance.
Core Responsibilities
* Own and execute influencer acquisition strategy across iOS & Android apps
* Identify and source high-potential creators across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
* Build and maintain long-term creator relationships
* Negotiate and structure flat-fee, rev-share, and hybrid performance deals
* Brief creators on campaign positioning and growth objectives
* Track campaign performance across installs, engagement, and revenue impact
* Optimize partnerships based on CPI, retention, and ROI signals
* Manage influencer budgets and allocation across apps and geos
* Stay ahead of trends, emerging creators, and platform shifts
What They Require
* 3+ years experience in influencer marketing or creator partnerships
* Experience working with mobile apps or digital consumer products
* Strong negotiation skills and direct deal-closing experience
* Understanding of rev-share, flat-fee, and hybrid deal models
* Performance mindset with knowledge of CPI, ROAS, retention, and LTV
* Experience with tracking tools such as AppsFlyer or Adjust (preferred)
* Ability to manage multiple creator campaigns simultaneously
* Strong execution and relationship-building skills
