A major premium fashion brand based in Orense / Galicia region- Spain needs to hire a:
Woven Woman Designer
Organization, design, and production of each season's collections, in collaboration with the design, product, and sales teams.
Trend research through travel to trade shows, shopping trips, showrooms, competitor analysis, fashion magazines, and social media; Design and development of garments and prints (including reports, lettering, and logos), with support for Photoshop montages and flat-lay drawings.
Comprehensive process monitoring: from the first sample to the arrival of the final product in the store, ensuring quality, specifications, and delivery dates.
Supervision of model/mannequin fittings and analysis of manufacturing errors, proposing improvements.
Creating innovative proposals aligned with the brand's identity and commercial needs.
Training in fashion design (degree, diploma, or advanced training) or equivalent.
Minimum of 4–5 years' experience in similar positions, especially in woman's fashion woven products design and collection development within a premium or luxury brand.
Experience managing and dealing with local and international suppliers is essential.
Up-to-date knowledge of fashion trends is essential.
Mastery of design and office tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.), Corel Draw, and Microsoft Office (advanced Excel).
High level of English (spoken and written). Spanish is a plus.
English fluent, Spanish is a plus.
