Our goal is to own and operate over ten exquisite properties worldwide in the next five years.RESPONSIBILITIES* Perform painting and touch-up work throughout all hotel areas, including guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.
* Prepare surfaces, repair imperfections, and apply paint, varnish, or treatments to maintain aesthetics and structural integrity.
* Identify and resolve painting issues such as chipping, dampness, or minor wall and ceiling damages.
* Maintain cleanliness and order of the work area and tools.
* Collaborate with the maintenance team on general repairs and preventive tasks, such as carpentry touch-ups or minor repairs.
* Follow safety procedures, especially when handling chemicals and tools.
* Record all painting and maintenance activities accurately.REQUISITOS* Proven experience as a painter, preferably in hotel or similar environments where quality finish is essential.
* Deep knowledge of painting techniques, surface preparation, and use of various paints and materials.
* Ability to troubleshoot and implement effective solutions.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
* Fluency in Spanish; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
