As Regional Total Rewards Director, you will shape and lead the total rewards strategy across Europe for Delivery Hero's multi-brand portfolio. You'll partner with CHROs and regional teams to align rewards with business objectives, ensuring compliance and data integrity. You'll drive adoption of new processes, scalable systems, and data insights, while exploring AI and automation to streamline rewards workflows. This role blends strategy, governance, and hands-on execution to attract and retain top talent in a fast-growth environment.

- Develop and implement a comprehensive total rewards strategy aligned with business objectives and global guidelines
- Lead regional compensation teams and collaborate with CHROs to ensure strategy adoption across entities
- Define and communicate the new TR process and ensure data accuracy and compliance
- Design and implement a product/system to drive the rewards process in the region
- Oversee regional benefits strategy and vendors to optimize EVP and cost
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to streamline rewards workflows
- Ensure successful rollout and adoption of the new strategy across entities
Responsabilidades
- Proven track record in Total Rewards in high-growth tech or multi-brand environments
- Strong ownership mindset for the European rewards landscape

- Hands-on Workday experience and ability to drive pay review cycles or similar processes
- Strong understanding of job architecture, salary ranges, and pay equity
- Ability to design fair, transparent, bias-free systems
