Your main responsibility is to ensure the correct and timely payment of our Primos and post payroll payments. You will develop a strong network with global & local payroll vendors, HR partners, finance, and accounting teams.
You’ll have opportunities to lead or participate in projects focused on process improvement to enhance service delivery and streamline operations.
ABOUT YOU

You are skilled at building, reviewing, and executing payrolls on a weekly/monthly basis.
Detail-oriented, customer-focused, proactive, and quick in resolving issues define your approach to managing multiple high-priority tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Validate trial runs by local vendors and identify discrepancies.
* Resolve discrepancies with technical or business teams, implement corrective actions, and retest as needed.
* Manage the preparation and processing of on-cycle and off-cycle payrolls, including severance packages.
* Reconcile, balance, and transmit payroll data reports from vendors and banks.
* Ensure accurate and timely payments to Primos and third parties such as local authorities and vendors.
* Respond to inquiries within established service levels.
* Serve as the main contact for local payroll vendors.
* Complete SOX controls to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
* Prepare and review payroll-related journal entries, coordinating with finance and accounting teams for accurate financial reporting.
* Maintain process documentation and updates.
* Oversee the Primo Investment file and serve as POC for the Structure Cost team.
* Lead or support process improvement and excellence projects within Payroll.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* At least 3 years of experience in a Shared Services Center handling multi-country payrolls.
* Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field.
* Fluent in English; additional languages such as French, Italian, Dutch are a plus.
* Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Knowledge of accounting/finance; experience in HR Payroll or Accounting preferred.
* Understanding of Swiss or Belgian legislation and experience managing local payroll vendors is a plus.
