Job Description:
About the Graduate Program:
Our Graduate Program offers a 24-month professional experience in a real and challenging environment. During this program:
* You will work in a real position on a project with a direct business impact.
* You will receive guidance and support from experienced professionals who will mentor your development.
* You will follow a specific Training & Development Pathway:
1st Year: Acquisition of technical knowledge and its initial implementation.
2nd Year: Practical application of the acquired knowledge.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Demand planning and forecasting
* Production & delivery planning and programming
* Receiving and processing sales orders
* Communicating with customers regarding demand, orders, call-offs, stock, and delivery status
* Coordinating shipments and transfers
* Monitoring inventory levels and replenishment
* Handling customer complaints and inquiries
* Managing Customer SLAs
* Reporting on service and performance KPIs
Main Requirements:
Academic Qualification / Other Training:
* Mandatory: University Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Engineering
* Optional: Supply Chain / Logistics Master Degree
Language Skills: High proficiency in written and spoken English (C1); Polish and/or German is a plus.
