We’re a fully remote team. We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to own acquisition, retention, and reactivation campaigns across paid and non-paid channels, and to partner with Product on conversion funnel optimization.
Responsibilities include:
* Executing full-funnel acquisition campaigns across paid channels (such as Paid Search and Paid Social) and non-paid channels (such as Email).
* Using Dribbble's advertising products (native display ads in search results and feeds) and merchandising features to improve website traffic conversion.
Qualifications:
* 5-7 years of growth marketing experience, ideally with early-stage, product-led technology companies.
* Hands-on experience developing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels, with particular expertise in Paid Search.
* Strong analytical skills to extract actionable insights from quantitative and qualitative data; proficiency with SQL, Google Analytics, and ChatGPT (or other LLMs).
* Experience collaborating with Product teams to enhance user experience, and familiarity with no-code website builders like Webflow or Framer for landing page optimization.
You will be part of a supportive and skilled team, but independence and self-motivation are valued.
We seek someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality, detailed work and cares about doing things well. The role is at a Mid-Senior level, with a contract employment type, within the Marketing and Sales function.
