Superbright is a full-service dance music marketing agency specializing in promotional strategies for promoters, clubs, and artists. We work with some of the most prominent venues and promoters in Europe, driving awareness and ticket sales. In addition to marketing, we provide 360° management and support for internationally touring artists, alongside development services for emerging talents. Our goal is to amplify the impact of our clients in the dance music industry through targeted, effective campaigns.

We're looking for an experienced Ads Manager to join our team, working across campaigns in the music and live events industry. This role is ideal for someone who understands both performance marketing and culture — artists, shows, tours, festivals, and releases — and who actively uses AI tools to work smarter and faster.

You'll be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing paid media campaigns for events and artists, with a strong focus on growth, ticket sales, audience building, and fan engagement.

This is a freelance position to start, with the potential for longer-term collaboration.

Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and TikTok
Build and optimize campaigns for:
Live events, shows, tours, and festivals
Artist releases, audience growth, and brand awareness
Use AI tools to optimize workflows, conduct audience and market research, and improve reporting and insights
Develop audience strategies including retargeting, lookalikes, and fan segmentation
Analyze performance data and continuously optimize for ROAS, CPA, and scale
Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to align messaging and visuals
Manage budgets, pacing, and reporting across multiple campaigns
Stay up to date with platform updates, AI-driven features, and trends in music and events marketing

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns
Proven experience running campaigns for events and/or artists
Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads
Practical experience using AI tools for research, optimization, automation, and reporting
Fluent in English and Spanish
Strong analytical skills and understanding of performance metrics and attribution
Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns
Clear communication skills and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset

Location
Based in Barcelona preferred
Fully remote work possible

Contract
Freelance / contractor / collaborator role to start
Potential for ongoing collaboration based on performance and availability
