RECEPCIONISTA - AUX CONTABLE/ADMINISTRATIVO 
We are a hotel that specialises in the Health & Wellness Industry. Shanti-Som is a Retreat where guests can get away from the stress of daily life to unwind, relax and rejuvenate. We are a 15 room estate in the beautiful Andalucia region of Spain, which offers various wellness programs such as weight loss, detox, Yoga, Pilates and relaxation. Unlike a normal hotel, our Retreat includes a daily schedule of group classes, meditation, hikes, spa treatments and 1:1 Nutritional and Fitness guidance. Shanti-Som’s mission is to create an authentic and inspiring environment that allows guests to achieve ‘Shanti’ – inner peace, through a personalised and genuine holistic experience. 
Your Mission 
As our Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for guests and play a vital role in shaping their experience. From welcoming arrivals to supporting day-to-day operations, you will ensure guests feel genuinely cared for throughout their stay. You will also work closely with all departments to deliver seamless service and uphold the high standards of the Shanti-Som brand. 
Key Responsibilities 
- Welcome and assist guests with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail. 
- Manage check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and payments. 
- Coordinate with wellness, housekeeping, and restaurant teams to ensure smooth operations. 
- Stepping in to support other departments as needed, including the Restaurant and Wellness centre. 
- Proactively maintain the environment and ambience in line with the Shanti-Som aesthetic. 
- Anticipate guest needs and ensure all requests are handled efficiently.

Requirements 
- Previous experience in hospitality, ideally in boutique hotels or wellness retreats. 
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. 
- Confident with PMS and general administrative tools. 
- Positive, adaptable, and guest-focused mindset. 
- Own vehicle required (location not accessible by public transport).
