With around 11,600 employees across 32 countries, we develop, manufacture, and distribute products and solutions for the safeguarding of payment processes, identities, connectivity, and data. /ppAt G+D, we are looking for a Global Supplier Quality Engineer within the team based in El Prat de Llobregat, Barcelona. /ppShe/He will be responsible for coordination role inside the G+D EP Global Quality management organization to ensure the delivery of final manufactured product which meets or exceed customer expectations by monitoring external (suppliers) processes while keeping strong link with internal operations, promoting its continuous improvment to achieve it in a sustainable and efficient manner. /ppResponsabilities /pulliBe the escalation level towards Head of Global Supplier Quality G+D EP. /liliContribute in the definition of acceptance and rejection baseline criteria and its transcription to technical specifications and defect catalogues when needed. /liliProvide global Supplier Quality performance, track of corrective actions and cost recovery data on monthly basis and for Supplier business reviews with Purchasing. /liliFix major issue root causes and prevent reoccurrence. /liliReview with Head of Global Supplier Quality on corrective actions from major non-conformances and critical quality events and lessons learned. /liliPrepare monthly review with G+D EP manufacturing sites to track and understand non-conformances and critical quality events caused by supplied materials. /liliPrepare monthly review with Purchasing to track implement corrective action from Supplier non-conformances and cost recovery status. /liliSustain and improve supplier developments and improvement measures. /liliInitiate Hypercare Phase for new Suppliers and implement extra quality measures. /liliBe the backup for the Supplier Quality Engineer for Module materials. /li /ulpEducation and experience /ppIngeniería en Materiales, Electrónica, Manufactura o Mecánica. /pp+3 años de experiencia en entornos de producción e internacionales. /ppExperiencia en organizaciones de Calidad y metodologías como 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, FMEA. /ppHabilidad analítica, toma de decisiones basada en datos y mentalidad resolutiva. /ppCapacidad para trabajar con equipos globales y multiculturales. /ppInglés fluido y disponibilidad para viajar. /ppNice to have: /ppExperiencia en manufactura de tarjetas inteligentes y sus procesos. /ppConocimiento en interacción con Compras, Operaciones, I+D y Gestión de Producto. /ppWhat we offer /pulliCulture and Diversity: Join a people oriented environment with different nationalities and a great team spirit, flat hierarchies (everyone speaks to everyone).
