The Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to drive and maximize customer retention in collaboration with internal stakeholders, ensuring long-term satisfaction for both our clients and our company.
In this role, you will ensure the successful delivery of projects while maintaining excellent relationships with our existing customers. You will serve as Immfly’s primary point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day activities and projects.
What your day-to-day will look like
* Oversee and track client projects, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and proactive resolution of issues in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
* Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams (Product, Technology, Operations), representing client needs and facilitating cross-functional collaboration
* Generate monthly reports, driving continuous improvement and strategic recommendations.
* Identify opportunities for client growth, adoption, and retention, supporting long-term success and satisfaction.
* Lead quarterly Strategic Steering Committees with each customer to review the status of main topics in-depth in partnership with other internal departments.
