Which tasks can you expect?
* Implement innovative, robust, and future-proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions with expertise in the talent modules.
* Guide clients on SAP best practice and innovations, whilst being up to date with the SuccessFactors roadmap and having an awareness of other HR technologies. Facilitate client process walkthroughs to understand business processes and alignment with solution functionality.
* Design and configure a SuccessFactors system based on HR best practices to ensure successful implementations.
* Facilitate workshops and training sessions for client’s key users.
* Ensure effective knowledge transfer to the customer and application maintenance team for ongoing support.
* Collaborate with colleagues in SD Worx’s international Cloud Business Line to share knowledge and drive innovation.
What do you have to offer?
* Having led at least ONE end-to-end implementation of the modules SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management, and/or Succession & Development; another module would be considered positively.
* Experience configuring Job Profile Builder and Talent Intelligence Hub is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality presentations to senior client stakeholders.
* Enthusiasm and proactiveness for learning and staying current with SAP's latest technology.
* SuccessFactors Associate P&G and S&D Certifications.
* Good understanding of HR processes.
* High level of English language; German, French, or Dutch is nice to have.
* You like autonomy and taking initiative and are self-managing.
* You enjoy working in a growth company where you constantly challenge processes and yourself to continuously improve.
