The ideal candidate will be based in Tenerife and will manage the territory of Provincia de Tenerife.

Key Responsibilities :
* Drive adoption and recommend use of Dexcom products within Primary Care and Community Diabetes Teams by providing support and solutions.
* Spend approximately 85% of time in the field, collaborating with market access teams to optimize policies and funding.
* Provide training and education on Dexcom products to healthcare professionals using innovative methods (10-15% of time).
* Increase market share and territory revenue by leveraging company resources and aligning with company values and culture.
* Build strategic partnerships to maximize sales of standalone products.
* Manage the territory effectively, allocating time based on customer and business needs.
* Utilize CRM systems daily to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications :
* Fluent in English (preferred but not required).
* Strategic thinker, proactive, with knowledge of diabetes products and therapies.
* Proven success in sales roles, with strong performance history (a plus).
* Ability to understand customer needs and promote innovative approaches to diabetes treatment.
* Experience in complex sales environments, working cross-functionally with Medical, Market Access, and Marketing teams.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Team-oriented with the ability to implement consultative sales strategies.
* Valid Category B driver’s license required.

Travel Required : As needed for the role.
Experience and Education :
* Bachelor’s degree required.
* 5-8 years of relevant experience, preferably in diabetes or medical devices industry.
* Experience in primary care and hospital settings is a plus.
