Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead responsible for planning and ensuring the successful adoption of Informatics products and solutions. As a member of a dynamic, globally-focused team, the OCM Lead will leverage their understanding of business needs and affiliate experience to effectively manage change initiatives.

Responsibilities:
* Communication Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement communication strategies to inform and empower impacted audiences to adopt IT-driven changes. Partner with senior stakeholders globally to influence organizational behavior and compliance. Create effective communication campaigns, simplify processes, and advise on communication plans with optimal channels.
* Change Management Strategy: Apply organizational change management concepts to high-impact communication plans. Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, identify stakeholders, and manage resistance. Build awareness and promote change adoption across all Informatics users.
* Consultation & Business Partnership: Act as a partner to domain and product line leads. Provide input on product roadmaps, resource management, and efficiencies. Share knowledge within teams and advise on deployment timing to align with business cycles.
* Teamwork & Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams to ensure efficient workflows. Share knowledge and advise on deployment timing to align with business needs.
Skills: Experience with multimedia content creation using AI tools, video editing, strong relationship-building skills, excellent communication, project management, proactive approach, business partnering, understanding of emerging technologies, ability to simplify technical jargon, familiarity with organizational change management and instructional design, Agile methodologies, English proficiency, Master's degree or equivalent, and at least three years of relevant experience.
