Responsibilities Report to the Logistics Manager.
Ensure steady progress for delivery orders from reception (EDI, manual, website) to client delivery.
Inform Materials Supply and Planning of stock and order anomalies.
Manage the client portfolio – updating and storing client information.
Receive client demands (written or by phone).
Establish and anticipate client demands to create an accurate sales plan.
Manage key performance indicators such as service rating tables and client satisfaction questionnaires.
Guarantee deadlines for client deliveries and accuracy of sales plans.
Maintain safety stock management and perform daily follow‐ups (modifications, end of life).
Participate in stock inventories.
Manage returnable packaging – order follow‐up, inventories, website management.
Coordinate export logistics – booking, transport, and delivery follow‐up.
Handle customer logistic incidents and complaints.
Maintain the customer website.
Qualifications & Skills Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an industrial environment.
Experience in a logistics or customer service role is required.
Proficiency in SAP supply‐chain and transport management systems.
Strong communication skills and the ability to listen effectively.
Autonomous, proactive, and analytical with sound problem‐solving abilities.
Excellent telephone manners and stress‐management skills.
One foreign language (French or German) is essential.
Proficient in office software platforms.
Adherence to AKWEL's Management System procedures and ethical rules.
Location & Employment Location: Sant Just Desvern, Catalonia, Spain.
Contract type: Permanent CDI.
Start date: As soon as possible / Immediate.
