ROLE & PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Inside Sales Specialist for the Iberia region to join our Madrid team. The successful candidate will generate new sales opportunities, manage existing accounts, and drive revenue growth through various sales channels. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders will be essential to ensure business success.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

* Generate new sales opportunities via calls, events, social media, channel partners, and expanding existing accounts.
* Collaborate with sales channels to secure deals and maximize business opportunities.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and dealers.
* Develop and manage accurate sales forecasts and review sales orders.
* Coordinate with business development and marketing teams to meet sales targets.
* Manage tender announcements.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Experience in telephone or commercial sales.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
* Proactive, creative, and solution-oriented approach with technical aptitude.
* Highly organized and results-driven, capable of working independently and within a team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com.
* Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation and sales growth.
* Ideally, experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) sector.

LANGUAGE

* Fluent in Spanish.
* Good working knowledge of English.
