Customer Satisfaction & Quality represent the voice of the customer and drive customer centricity within the organization.
Ensure and guarantee that customer needs are met for all quality and satisfaction concerns.
* Optimize manufacturing processes and develop unified, strong supplier management.
* Integrate supply chain actors and leverage opportunities from upstream and downstream linkages to create value and enhance customer satisfaction.
Core processes:
* Ensure application of Schneider quality policy and respect for customer requirements in terms of technical quality and service level.
* Manage the Quality Management System of the organization.
* Handle customer complaints: alert, support, and escalate issues related to customer satisfaction (product/service) if not fulfilled.
* Manage manufacturing quality, including quality activities within industrial entities and flows between them.
* Ensure manufacturing/assembling process robustness (via Process Control Charts, FMEA, Poka Yoke, etc.).
* Manage industrial problems using methodologies like 8D, PRB, DMAIC, Lean Six Sigma, including problem prevention and escalation processes.
* Manage supplier quality: Guarantee quality levels for procurement using standardized processes, tools, and requirements such as Schneider Electric Supplier Quality Management (SSQM).
What will you do?
Take necessary actions to ensure products or services meet customer requirements and drive continuous quality improvement.
* Establish and implement process control plans, capability studies, and Gage R&R studies.
* Lead process audits and FMEAs.
* Create and maintain quality control documentation, and ensure related training and application.
* Monitor production processes for conformance to control plans and requirements.
* Manage derogations via the derogation platform.
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives on production lines.
* Lead containment actions, root cause analysis, and problem-solving using methodologies like 5 Whys, 8D, DMAIC, Lean Six Sigma.
* Consolidate indicators such as FFR, MDR, NQC and drive improvement actions.
* Participate in and perform Layered Process Audits (LPA).
* Contribute to quality inputs for new product evolutions and process/control capability implementation.
* Develop and implement SPC activities and adopt new techniques as they become available.
* Perform capability studies on new jobs and other necessary situations.

* Fluent in English and Spanish; French or Catalan are a plus.
