Role overviewThe Project Manager will lead the end-to-end delivery of the Advisory Services web experience migration into the corporate website. The role involves coordinating four parallel workstreams and multiple cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, high-quality, and on-budget delivery, while managing risks, dependencies, governance, and stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities
Project leadership & governanceLead the overall delivery of the Advisory Services migration project.Define and maintain the project governance model, including RACI and communication plan.Organize and facilitate Steering Committees, stakeholder meetings, team sync-ups, and Go/No-Go reviews.Ensure alignment across Business, Brand, CXCT (UX/UI, Content and Deployment teams), and Digital teams.
Planning & executionBuild and maintain the overall project plan, schedule, and roadmap across four workstreams.
Coordinate delivery across the following initiatives:
Redesign of the Thought Leadership section, including the development of 20 new Builder.io componentsAutomated migration of 500 Thought Leadership articlesAdaptation of CMS components to reflect the Advisory Services visual identity on the corporate websiteCreation and deployment of new marketing pages (64 pages in 9 languages across 40+ country sites)
Drive on-time delivery of:
UX/UI design and approvalsDevelopmentQA cycles and defect resolutionPage creation, translation, and deploymentsMonitor progress, dependencies, risks, and issues, and escalate when required.
Risk & quality managementIdentify, track, and mitigate delivery risks related to timelines, technical feasibility, and content readiness.
Stakeholder engagementDrive alignment across Business, Brand, CXCT, and Digital stakeholders.Facilitate collaboration between digital, domain, and business teams in a global, matrix environment.
