Experteer Overview
In this role you will guide multiple development teams through agile transformation with a strong Kanban focus. You will partner with engineers, product managers and leadership to design and sustain flow-based ways of working, increasing speed, predictability and team autonomy. You will help teams connect work to business goals and drive pragmatic, real-world agile practices. • Coach and support teams in adopting Kanban (visualisation, WIP limits, flow metrics, policies, continuous improvement)
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and tailor them to Kanban and team context
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering leads to refine workflows, service classes and explicit policies
• Introduce and track flow metrics to drive data-informed decisions
• Identify bottlenecks and run experiments to improve flow and delivery predictability
• Coach teams on agile principles beyond any single framework
• Support transition from ticket pushing to outcome-focused delivery
• Mentor teams on agile roles, ownership and self-organisation
• Facilitate healthy team dynamics, psychological safety and conflict resolution
• Align practices across teams with other Agile Coaches / Engineering Managers
Responsabilidades
• Solid experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master or similar servant-leadership role with software teams
• Proven Kanban adoption experience in at least one team (boards, WIP, metrics, policies)
• Strong knowledge of agile principles and frameworks (Kanban, Scrum, XP) and when to apply them
• Hands-on experience facilitating workshops, retrospectives and team health sessions
• Strong communication and facilitation skills with engineers, product and leadership
• Experience with agile tooling (Jira, Azure Boards, Trello, Linear) to visualize flow and metrics
