AL Solutions are working in collaboration with a fast growing, mid-sized Biometric focused CRO, that are significantly expanding their programming team across Europe as a result of several new projects they are starting.
We are looking for a senior / principal statistical programmer based in Spain to join their well-established team, working on various therapy areas including Oncology, Neurology, GI and Cardiology.
This is a remote position, but must be worked remotely from Spain.
Responsibilities:
- Lead programming activities across multiple studies, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
- Program and validate SDTM, ADaM, and complex efficacy/non-efficacy datasets.
- Create, review, and maintain complex dataset and analysis specifications across studies and integrated summaries.
- Collaborate with statisticians, project managers, and stakeholders on study planning, resourcing, and deliverables.
- Provide expertise and training in SDTM, ADaM, CRT, Define.xml, and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to the development, validation, implementation, and maintenance of standard macros and tools.
- Manage study-level programming resources and resolve resourcing challenges.
Experience Required:
- Life Science Degree
- Strong previous experience working as a SAS / Statistical Programmer within a CRO / Pharmaceutical organisations
- Extensive experience with SAS, CDISC, ADaM and SDTM
- Previous experience independently leading studies
- Strong understanding of the clinical trials process (phases 1-4)
