Responsibilities
* Coordinate and lead the sales department.
* Manage direct sales to key clients.
* Identify, select, and manage national and international distributors.
* Maintain clear, responsive communication with distributors and clients.
* Provide technical guidance and resolve customer inquiries.
* Learn the full value and use of our technology to convey it clearly and passionately.
Requirements
* Proven experience in business development or technical sales.
* High level of English (spoken and written).
* Availability to travel, both within Spain and internationally.
* Passion for technology, proactive mindset, and excellent communication skills.
* Technical background or experience in agriculture, IoT technology, or distributor network management is a plus.
* Position based at our headquarters in Sarriguren (Navarra), Spain.
