Role In this high-impact role you will drive growth, shape enterprise-level AI & Data platform strategies, and build executive relationships. This position is ideal for a strategic, entrepreneurial professional who thrives on identifying opportunities and leading complex digital transformation initiatives in technology and engineering.
Responsibilities Lead the identification, engagement, and acquisition of enterprise clients looking to optimize or transform their AI & Data platforms
Develop and execute strategic outbound initiatives, including executive-level networking, thought leadership engagements, and targeted outreach campaigns
Qualify and prioritize opportunities to align Visium\'s platform engineering capabilities with client technology objectives
Conduct discovery meetings with C-level and senior stakeholders to understand critical technology challenges, platform requirements, and operational objectives
Shape tailored proposals and presentations that demonstrate how Visium\'s AI & Data platform solutions improve scalability, performance, and data-driven decision-making
Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful execution of client projects and measurable impact
Mentor and develop junior business development and client engagement professionals, fostering commercial acumen and domain expertise in platform engineering
Drive a culture of collaboration across sales, delivery, and marketing teams to maximize client impact and market presence
Define performance goals, track progress, and share insights to optimize team effectiveness
Maintain deep knowledge of AI & Data platforms, cloud infrastructure, data engineering best practices, and emerging technologies
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing thought leadership and strategic insights that shape long-term technology partnerships
Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to design targeted campaigns, proposals, and solution offerings tailored to platform engineering challenges
Requirements 6-8 years of experience in business development, client engagement, or strategic consulting with a focus on technology platforms, data engineering, or cloud infrastructure
Proven ability to drive enterprise client acquisition and revenue growth in complex, technical environments
Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring teams and fostering commercial and technical expertise
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with executive-level stakeholders
