Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow the sales efforts for our hotels (6) in Ibiza. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to maximize revenue, build strong client relationships, and promote the hotel brand in key markets including leisure and MICE.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities across domestic and international markets.
* Manage key accounts and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, corporate clients, and event planners.
* Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and promotional activities.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to align promotional strategies and brand messaging.
* Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.
* Conduct site inspections and client visits to showcase hotel facilities and services.
* Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
* Ensure seamless communication and coordination with operations, reservations, and events teams.
Requirements:
* Proven experience (minimum 3–5 years) in hotel sales, preferably within the Ibiza or Balearic Islands market.
* Strong network within the tourism and hospitality sector.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
* Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
