One Eden are looking for a competent, self-motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Executive to assist potential buyers and collaborating Real Estate Agencies, accompany them on visits, present the promotion and give them due follow-up, all or which must be correctly noted in our Systems. Among its functions, no less important are the administrative tasks necessary to report commercial activity.
**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- High level in English and Spanish
- Other languages will be an asset (French, German, Polish...)
- Previous experience in the Real Estate industry
- Good communications skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work with sales software (CRM) for accurate reporting
**JOB RESPONSABILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO**:
- Nurturing leads to convert them to clients and firm deals
- Guiding clients through the investing, buying, and selling process
- Organizing and booking property showings when needed
- Inputting information into a CRM system
- Skills in Excel, HubSpot and PRYNEX
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's services and be able to articulate their features, benefits, and value propositions to potential clients
