Salesforce Engineer, Sales & Revenue Cloud
We are looking for a Salesforce Engineer to join an international software engineering environment focused on building and evolving strategic CRM solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining hands-on development with functional understanding, stakeholder collaboration, and end-to-end ownership of solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
What you will do
* Own the full lifecycle of Salesforce developments, from requirements analysis and solution design to implementation, deployment, and ongoing support
* Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions across Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud
* Break down requirements into clear tasks, document technical approaches, and provide effort estimations
* Build and enhance custom functionalities using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools
* Develop and maintain complex integrations with external systems using APIs, events, and other Salesforce integration capabilities
* Partner with internal stakeholders, providing both strategic and hands-on guidance to help shape efficient CRM solutions
* Promote visibility and collaboration by clearly communicating design decisions and technical trade-offs
* Support a reliable and efficient delivery and support model across the platform
What we are looking for
* 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development, especially within Sales Cloud
* 1+ year of experience working with Revenue Cloud
* Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Apex, LWC, and declarative configuration
* Experience delivering complex inbound and outbound integrations using REST, SOAP, External Objects, Events, Bulk API, or similar
* Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, development best practices, and design patterns
* Comfortable working in an international environment with business-level English
* Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer, Revenue Cloud Consultant, or Sales Cloud Consultant are a plus
